I stayed at Kalimaya for 4 nights with two friends. It was probably the best villa I have experienced in my various holidays to Bali.
Starting with the villa itself – fantastic. The rooms and bathrooms are big, with excellent ACs and the ground floor room even has an outdoor bathroom. The pool is great size, with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. There’s even a sauna!
Great living room speaker setup too, and smart TVs in every room. Kitchen was fine. Also you hardly hear any road noise. Muzhar – the supervisor – checked in on us everyday, provided us with extras like charging adapters and sent out a technician ASAP when we faced a small issue at the villa. The price we paid for late October was excellent as well. So it doesn’t bust the budget, but you’ll probably want to come here with friends and family since it’s so big.
The location is unreal. Located right behind Seminyak Village mall, you can get a fresh cup of coffee, a tart etc in the morning and it’s best to book your Grab from the mall. All the popular day clubs like Motel Mexicola, La Favela and beach clubs like Ku De Ta and Potato Head are a 10–15 min walk away. Chandi, an excellent restaurant, is about the same. All night supermarkets everywhere and even beer delivery places. Excellent location. So overall – great staff, great price, great location and a great villa. Would definitely recommend.
