STAFF
One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personal service provided by a dedicated team of professional staff. Each of the team have been thoughtfully recruited according to their skills and personality and their aim is to look after every villa guest – from toddler to grandparent – by understanding individual expectations and preferences. The villa manager, and chef in particular, will be only too delighted to discuss your desires or concerns and do what they can to guarantee a relaxed and enjoyable holiday. All four villas are served by the following staff:
| English-speaking manager | The English-speaking villa manager is responsible for the overall operation of Villa Kalimaya. Fluent in English and Indonesian, our villa manager is in charge of staffing, special requests and guest satisfaction. There is no request too big or too small that our manager, assisted by an assistant manager, cannot handle. |
| Chef | Our chef has years of experience cooking both Asian and Western meals. He is happy to accommodate any special requests or dietary needs. Dinner parties and other special events can also be catered for. Chef service only available upon request |
| Butlers & housekeeping | Butlers and housekeeping staff attend daily to all cleaning and tidying requirements at Villa Kalimaya. The same team are skilled waiters/waitresses and will assist the kitchen at mealtimes. |
| Gardeners and pool attendants | The gardens and swimming pools are maintained well by staff. |
| Security | Villa Kalimaya is kept safe by trained security staff. |
