Fantastic location, huge villa for our family of 6 to enjoy. Staff were so friendly & accommodating

From the start of booking to the very end of our stay Lina and her staff were fantastic. If we needed anything Lina was always ready to help. The Villa itself was very nice and looks exactly as per the photos on Booking.com. It is in a very good location just behind Seminyak Square shopping centre and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and the beach, but yet is quite at the same time. We will definitely stay again

Villa was great for a family with little kids. Heaps of space and the location was amazing, Seminyak Village back entrance is literally right outside. Host was extremely helpful and nice 🙂 will definitely book again when in Bali next.

Our stay in the Kalimaya 4 was wonderful. The 3br villa itself was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5 with teenagers and young adult. The pool area was fantastic, 12x4mt pool is a lot larger than most in other villa properties. Great quiet location and conveniently located directly behind Seminyak Village shopping complex that you have direct access to behind the complex and next Seminyak Square. All you need only steps away. The property manager communicated well and very helpful.

Great location, very comfortable, top service!
The location was perfect. Quiet at night and yet very central. Close to the sea and the center. Very good facilities and comfort with the pool and sauna. The service was outstanding; Lina and her staff were always available and dealt with problems directly.

The location was amazing, directly behind Seminyak Square and Seminyak Village, so very peaceful and quiet and only a 2-minute stroll to the hustle and bustle centre of Seminyak. Our host was awesome and very responsive to any requests made and the staff who looked after the grounds and cleaned the villa on a daily basis were brilliant. A very, very comfortable villa that you would be hard-pressed to fault. We will definitely be back to enjoy Kalamaya 4 (or 3) again.

Just meet the host at the Seminyak Village main entrance if you couldnt find the villa. Just 2 min walk from the entrance.

The location was excellent. Close to Seminyak Square and Eat Street for shopping and dining options. Walking distance to Seminyak beach.

Our stay at Villa Kalimaya I was absolutely wonderful! The villa was even bigger and more beautiful than we expected. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were in awe of the huge garden and pool and loved the massive marble bathrooms! The staff were extremely helpful and always ready with a smile, making our stay truly relaxing. Aldi, the manager, was very attentive and kind.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping malls. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Villa Kalimaya I to our family and friends. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Kalimaya 1! The villa is beautiful, very clean, and in the perfect location – close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet still private and peacefull. The staff were wonderfull and so helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Our 5-Day Group Stay!
We stayed at Villa Kalimaya for 5 days with a group of friends and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The villa is spacious, beautifully maintained, and ideal for groups with plenty of room to gather or enjoy quiet time. The location is un beatable, just a short walk to the beach and great spots in Seminyak. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A perfect base for a fun and relaxing Bali gateway!

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Kalimaya 1!
The villa is absolutely stunning, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect—tucked away in a peaceful spot, yet just a short walk to Seminyak’s shops, restaurants, and the beach.

The highlight of our stay was the warm hospitality from the staff. They were always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed, making us feel completely at home. The private pool and lush garden were a dream, perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring Bali.

Our time here was unforgettable, and we would highly recommend Villa Kalimaya 1 to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Seminyak. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely the most perfect venue for 25 friends to gather to celebrate a 50th birthday. Stunningly beautiful all 4 Villas. Amazing central location and immaculate service from Lina, Alit and the staff. Everything exceeded our expectation particularly the impressive set up for our Balinese Feast – incredible. All our guest were blown away and I know we have converted them to the delights of Bali. Many many thanks.

Wonderful! Every aspect of our time in the villa has been wonderful. You have a great team of people that make all the difference, nothing was too much trouble. Dear Lina, Alit and all the amazing staff at Villa Kalimaya. Thanks for all your wonderful service…. 26 girls spread over 4 villas had the most relaxing, entertaining, memorable holiday. Thanks for organizing our ‘after party’ – 50 crazy woman in post Melbourne Cup celebrating mode. Possibly scared the staff, but everyone had the best time. We also glad we found this villa for our 50th celebrations. Thanks for everything!
